Franklin County Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions for requesting records from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, Franklin Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party records.
